402 insufficient_credit_balance means there are not enough usable credits for that action. Historical usage is not the same thing as remaining usable credits.
Check your billing state, free monthly credits, purchased credits, and whether the action uses credits, such as session creation or avatar builds. If it still looks wrong, share the full error response and dashboard billing state.
