# What should I include when asking for LiveKit plugin help?

When asking for LiveKit plugin help, please include the plugin version, LiveKit Agents version, sanitized startup code, and the environment variable names you set, not their secret values.

It also helps to include the room and participant IDs, `avatar.session_id`, whether `avatar.start(...)` raised or returned successfully, Protoface `request_id`, timestamps, and whether the issue also happens in the playground or with `av_stock_001`.
