First, confirm your agent is actually producing speech after session.start(...). Then confirm avatar.start(...) completed, avatar.session_id is set, and the avatar participant is in the same LiveKit room.
The plugin routes agent audio to the avatar through its DataStream audio path, so LiveKit participant logs are useful for checking whether audio is being published and received as expected.
